I believe communication is key, that’s why it’s number one. Poor communication can destroy a project while great communication can elevate it.
That’s why I:
- Give daily updates so you always know the status of the project.
- Speak in plain English. I make all the technical jargon understandable.
- Provide full visibility into the progress of my work throughout the project. I won’t disappear for a week leaving you wondering what I am doing.
High quality work with a bug free guarantee
I hold myself to an extremely high standard to make sure your website is truly the best it can be so you can make a great impression for your clients and users.
I don’t use page builders or pre-built templates. I lean on some industry standard plugins for complicated features but I always build a custom theme for the front end. It’s the only way to guarantee a fast and accessible experience for your users.
I believe in my work so much that I offer a lifetime bug free guarantee. Meaning if you find any bug that is caused by my code, whether it’s within the next day, the next year or next decade. I will fix it, free of charge.
What I don’t do
To save us some time I’d like to be frank about what I don’t do:
- Cheap work. I charge a fixed price based on the project and I don’t compete on price. I stand by my work and charge accordingly.
- Design. I love design but I’m not a designer. Instead I partner with amazing, professional designers to deliver high quality websites. Specialists working together is a great way to get amazing outcomes.
- Use page builders. Because I work with great designers with high quality designs. I do not use pages builders. I custom build websites to give you the highest quality, reliability and value.
